Sound Journey with Tea Ceremony
Unlike meditative practices that engage with the mind and its activities, surrendering to the sound of gongs, crystal bowls or other sound instruments soothes the body on a cellular level in a very distinct and effective way. The experience will harmonize and align the body leaving you with immediate distress and a sense of rejuvenation. Using sound as therapy helps aid relief for a variety of issues including sleep disorders, anxiety, depression, stress, PTSD and even pain.

Once Upon a Time Event - Fairy Tale Dinner
As the region’s first 100% plant-based, gluten-free, cane sugar-free, and GMOs free cafe since 2014, Seva Table is dedicated to creating a transcendental dining experience. This dining experience is created by the café’s specialty chef Priyansh, with each of the five courses inspired by a fairy tale. The menu will be revealed at dinner, which will be set amidst the café’s lush garden and warm indoor décor, inviting guests to delicious and fable-inspired culinary creations, while being present in a beautiful ambiance.
