Anna co-founded her business Ithara.ae with her husband. Her business provides curated experiences as gifts to customers from all over the UAE, with the vision to create a place that will inspire others to explore exciting activities and shift to creating meaningful memories from gifting physical things.

Anna's background is in finance and accounting which has definitely been useful in the transition to running her own business. She loves how every day surprises her with something new she needs to learn or explore.

Let's take a look at Anna's typical day...

6:30 AM: Rise and shine! My day kicks off bright and early with a heart-pumping workout session at my CrossFit gym. Getting my body moving is the perfect way to energize for the day ahead. While convincing myself to leave the comfort of my bed can be a challenge, the exhilarating feeling of accomplishment once I'm at the gym sets the tone for a fantastic day ahead.

8:00 AM: As the saying goes, breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and I make sure to fuel up with a nutritious feast every morning. Pairing it with a refreshing meditation session helps me start the day on a centered note, clearing my mind and gearing up for whatever adventures lie ahead. With a quick glance at my schedule, I'm ready to tackle the day head-on.

10:00 AM: Team meetings. It's time to gather with my amazing colleagues to discuss our latest projects, brainstorm new ideas, and ensure our customers are delighted at every turn. These meetings are not just about business; they're about growth, improvement, and teamwork. We also run team training during these sessions to make sure we keep improving every week in what we do and we bring the best value to our customers and partners.

12:00 PM: Whether it's a new collaboration or nurturing existing relationships, I dive into meetings with our partners to ensure our experiences on Ithara.ae are nothing short of extraordinary. By meeting our partners, and testing out experiences firsthand, we guarantee authenticity and continually enhance our partnerships for the benefit of all involved.

2:00 PM: Now here is my post-lunch productivity block. With a satisfied stomach, I delve into various tasks ranging from financial reports to refining our team's processes. These behind-the-scenes projects are crucial for propelling our business forward and serving even more satisfied customers.

4:00 PM: Depending on the day, it's either crafting bespoke packages for our corporate clients or regrouping with our team to strategize for upcoming events. Every moment is dedicated to delivering excellence. With events like Valentine’s Day behind us and International Women’s Day and Mother’s Day on the horizon, the excitement is growing bigger as we prepare to spread excitement and create memorable experiences for not only our corporate clients.

6:00 PM: I usually wrap around 6 PM and walk home. In case I work from home I take a walk or run. That’s one of my favorite parts of the day where I either listen to podcasts or just reflect on the day’s events. Walking not only helps me rejuvenate my mind but also helps me move my body after a whole day of sitting or standing. Standing desk is a game changer but nothing beats a good walk.

8:00 PM: After a satisfying dinner, I start my bedtime routine. By immersing myself in the self-improvement books. From business books to inspiring biographies about successful entrepreneurs, each page turn expands my horizons and fuels my ambitions. I make sure I am in bed before 9 PM to be ready for the next day. As I drift off to sleep, I envision the happy moments I am looking forward to.
