My job is both high-pressure and incredibly rewarding. Striking a balance between professional success and family life is crucial to me, and I've found that effective time management and a strong support system at work and home are key.
By delegating tasks, setting clear objectives, and optimizing workflows, I ensure that I wrap up my workday by 5:30 PM. I highly encourage my team to do the same, let’s work very hard so we can all finish on time.
While I am at work I have a very dedicated team at home, my nannies, Jo-an and Rea. After 5:30pm I can shift my focus to what matters most: spending quality time with my children in the evenings. Their assistance is invaluable, enabling me to excel in my career while cherishing precious moments with my family.
