Largest M&S Foodhall Outside the UK to Open at Dubai Festival City in December 2026

For anyone who has ever filled a suitcase with Percy Pigs on the way back from London, this is very good news. Al-Futtaim is opening the largest M&S Foodhall outside the UK at Dubai Festival City this December.
The full range, for the first time
At 15,327 sq ft, the new flagship will be the first store outside the UK to stock the complete M&S Food range. Shoppers will find more than 3,500 core M&S products, along with 500 locally sourced items chosen for the UAE. That means fresh produce, bakery, groceries, ready meals and all the familiar favourites in one place. For the first time, you’ll be able to do your whole weekly shop at M&S.
Lots of new treats
This will be much more than a supermarket. The Foodhall will be the first M&S outside the UK to sell fresh M&S flowers. It will also have the Middle East’s first M&S Patisserie, a Fruit Butcher, a sushi counter, rotisserie chicken, a pizza oven and a coffee shop. There will also be new hospitality concepts that M&S hasn’t tried anywhere before, so it’s worth planning a proper visit.
A long-standing partnership
The opening builds on nearly 30 years of partnership between M&S and Al-Futtaim, which has run M&S in the region since 1997. Mark Lemming, Managing Director of International at M&S, said the aim is to bring “the best of M&S to more customers around the world.”
Just in time for the festive season
With a December opening, the timing couldn’t be better. Whether you’re stocking up for Christmas, hosting friends or simply craving a taste of home, the new Foodhall looks set to become a family favourite.
