Winter Camp // Nature, Discovery & Big Outdoor Fun at Terra

This December, Terra, Expo City Dubai invites children aged 5 to 12 to swap screens for streams and step into a school holiday packed with movement, art, and natural discovery.

Running weekdays from 8 December 2025 to 2 January 2026, the Expo City Dubai Camps: Winter Edition offers a daily rhythm of science, storytelling, and outdoor play all rooted in nature.

Each day explores a different theme, from what lives beneath the water to how bees help our world bloom. Campers will taste honey, paint like Monet, build sculptures from twigs, observe goats, and explore the forest floor. Themes include pond life, native plants, fungi, wind and weather, farming, camping skills, and more.

Children are grouped by age (5–7 and 8–12) for age-appropriate activities, with a warm and experienced team guiding each experience. All sessions are designed to build curiosity, care, and creativity both in the classroom and out in the wild.

In addition, the programme features sports sessions led by AFC coaches, along with two of Dubai Police’s most popular experiences, the ever-loved K9 show and engaging self-defence sessions. Nikon will also offer hands-on photography workshops that encourage children to explore nature through a creative lens. Campers will enjoy daily free play at Taqa Island, Expo City’s nature-inspired playground.
