Vietnamese Foodies Honours Lunar New Year with Employee Day Tradition

As Lunar New Year approaches, Vietnamese Foodies is proud to continue its cherished Employee Day tradition — an integral part of the brand's values since its inception.

This heartfelt initiative sees 100% of the restaurant's profits (minus food costs) from Employee Day go directly to its employees.

This year, Employee Day will take place on January 28th, with profits being distributed in red envelopes on January 29th. This ensures that every team member feels valued and appreciated. The tradition remains a cornerstone of Vietnamese Foodies' ethos, empowering its employees and celebrating the collective effort behind the brand’s success.

Founded by Lily Hoa Nguyen, this annual celebration reflects her commitment to giving back and fostering unity and gratitude within her team. Each employee receives an equal share in a traditional red envelope—a nod to the spirit of Tết and a meaningful way to honor their dedication and hard work.

Vietnamese Foodies has made a significant impact on Dubai’s dining scene since its establishment in 2018. With soon-to-be ten thriving locations across the city, the brand is renowned for its authentic, fresh, and vibrant Vietnamese cuisine. Celebrated for its innovative approach to traditional flavours, Vietnamese Foodies has become a go-to destination for wholesome dishes that capture the true essence of Vietnamese culinary traditions. Every dish reflects the brand’s commitment to providing unforgettable diningexperiences and bringing a taste of Vietnam to Dubai’s food lovers.
