// RIVIERA BY JEAN IMBERT

For the month of September, Riviera by Jean Imbert promises to be the must-visit spot, bringing three bold interpretations of the iconic Negroni: Ti Aspetto, a crisp and aromatic blend of Campari, Suze, Dry Vermouth, and Gin; Arrogante, a fruit-forward twist with Campari, Cocchi Rosa, Plum Vermouth, and Gin; and Peccatore, a rich, complex creation combining Campari, Cocchi Rosa, Sweet Vermouth, Port Wine, and a touch of Fernet Branca. Much Riviera’s unique take on each dish, these cocktails offer a distinctive take on the classic, crafted to intrigue everyone’s discerning palate.

// HIGH SOCIETY

In celebration of Negroni Month with Campari, High Society is bringing the Negroni edition of their iconic Solaris 2 cocktail menu, featuring three drinks inspired by the mythical realms where the radiant power of sun gods links with exotic fruits, resulting in truly divine beverages.

Guests are invited to take in breathtaking views of Dubai’s skyline from atop The Lana while sipping on drinks like the MAI’A, a bold blend of Campari, Red Vermouth, Gin, Pimento, and a nod to banana, inspired by the Polynesian demigod Maui, who ripened the first banana by pulling the sun closer with his magical hook. The Forestoni, made with Campari, Cocchi Rosa, Gin, Mint, and Raspberry, is rooted in the tale of Sol, the sun goddess who fed her horses red raspberries to escape the wolf Skoll, sparking the mythic battle of Ragnarok. Finally, the Sappari offers a fresh, citrus twist with Campari, Cocchi Storico di Torino, Yuzu, and Amanatsu Soda, drawn from the legend of Amaterasu, the Japanese sun goddess whose light returned to the world through a mirror hung on a Yuzu tree.

// BITTER HONEY

Tucked within The Lana’s stylistic entrance lies Bitter Honey, a space so private yet captivating, it’s the perfect hideaway to celebrate Negroni Month with three inventive cocktails. Guests are invited to savour the Negroni Al Formaggio, an Italian twist featuring Campari, Parmesan-infused Gin, and Italicus. While the Mezcal Milano brings a fusion of Italian Campari with the Mexican chili Mezcal, tastefully combined with Limoncello and Grapefruit Soda. Finally, La Vita Amara, Italian for “The Bitter Life”, offers a refreshing blend of Campari, Cocchi Rosa, Gin, Lemon, Simple Syrup, and Rosemary, completing the experience that elevates the classic Negroni with classic Bitter Honey flair.

// JARA BY MARTÍN BERASATEGUI

Known to push the boundaries of flavour, Jara by Martín Berasategui’s Negroni Month additions are nothing short of an experience with cocktails featuring the Truffloni, made of Truffle Tequila, Rosso Vermouth, Campari, and Tincture, giving the drink a unique yet earthly taste. The Sea Negroni brings the surprise underwater element of Squid Ink Gin, Rosso Vermouth, Campari, and Amaretto while The Forest takes guests to the wild side featuring Shiitake Mushrooms, Pink Pepper Gin, Rosso Vermouth, and Cheese Campari.

The Lana’s incredible round-up of cocktails promises to be nothing short of a unique experience that guests are sure to keep coming back for all September.
