Set along the tranquil flow of Dubai Creek, this season’s Terrace by the Creek Iftar & Suhoor introduces a thoughtfully curated Ramadan experience, where tradition, sustainability, and flavour meet.

At the heart of this journey is the newly launched Skafos Hydroponic Farm, an innovative on-site farm that reflects Hilton’s ongoing commitment to responsible hospitality.

Located within Skafos, the farm produces nearly nine kilograms of fresh greens and herbs daily, cultivating 28 varieties using advanced, soil-free hydroponic technology.

From seed to plate, the farm brings a new dimension to Ramadan dining, delivering ingredients that are vibrant, flavorful, and lighter on the planet.

As the sun sets, guests gather outdoors on the Skafos terrace to break their fast with an Iftar buffet. Tables are welcomed with traditional dates, roasted nuts, and refreshing juices such as jallab and laban, followed by a generous spread of cold and hot mezze, vibrant salads, and garden greens enhanced with herbs harvested just steps away.

Live cooking stations bring the evening to life, featuring traditional Lamb ouzi and shawarma alongside BBQ grills, manakish, pasta, and carving stations. A wide selection of Arabic and international dishes is prepared using smart cooking methods and zero-waste principles, while plant-based options and modern interpretations of classic favorites ensure something for every palate.

As night falls, Skafos transitions seamlessly into a relaxed Suhoor by the Creek, offering a refined set-menu experience designed for sharing and reflection. Freshly squeezed juices, bakery baskets, hot and cold mezze, comforting mains, and desserts such as homemade cheese kunafa and gooey chocolate cake are served.

To further enhance the evening, guests can unwind with a selection of premium shisha, enjoying the rich aromas and soothing flavors in the serene creekside ambiance, making their Ramadan gathering even more memorable.
