Seoul Food: Smoki Moto Launches The Smoki Edit, Its Three-Course Chef’s Selection

If you’ve been meaning to try Smoki Moto, Dubai’s first licensed Korean steakhouse and lounge, now there’s an easy way in. The Palm West Beach favourite has launched The Smoki Edit, a three-course Chef’s Selection of its most-loved dishes for AED 250 per person.

Choose from seven starters, four mains and two desserts. Start with Korean Fried Chicken or a Classic Kimchi Jeon, then move on to Wagyu Tteok Galbi or Roasted Spicy Seabass. Save room for the Korean Sweet Potato Cheesecake, which is the perfect sweet finish. Feeling indulgent? You can upgrade to Prime Ribeye or Wagyu Striploin.

The Smoki Edit is served daily in the lounge from 6pm to 1am, and it works just as well for date night as it does for dinner and drinks with friends. Seating is limited, so booking ahead is recommended.

Serious steak lovers should clear their Wednesday evenings. Every week, Smoki Moto puts one of the world’s most prized ingredients in the spotlight with a premium Wagyu box for two, priced at AED 670.

Want to do more than eat? Smoki Moto’s Masterclass Series lets you learn the stories and techniques behind Korea’s best-known dishes with the restaurant’s culinary team. The Gimbap Masterclass this Sunday, 25 October, shows you how to make Korea’s famous rice rolls. The Kimchi Day Masterclass on Sunday 22 November lets you make your own kimchi to take home. Both run from 2pm to 5pm, cost AED 195 per person including a welcome drink, and have limited places.

With tabletop charcoal grills, an on-site butcher room, bold interiors and views across Palm West Beach, Smoki Moto brings the energy of Seoul to the Palm.
