Sport has always been a passion of Hannah's from an early age, with her playing international hockey in her teens. At university she studied sport, laying the foundation for her understanding of movement, nutrition and performance.
Before stepping fully into fitness, Hannah spent 16 years working for a charity on the Isle of Man. Starting as a carer, she worked her way to Chief Operating Officer, responsible for delivering 150,000 hours of care annually, managing teams and driving strategy at a senior level. This career fuelled her love of helping people and a true appreciation of health being our greatest asset.
From personal experience during her corporate days, Hannah saw first hand how challenging it can be as a women to juggle it all. Constantly being on the go, often putting everyone else first (both in and out of work) and neglecting her own health and wellbeing and generally feeling lost, she found herself wondering "who is Hannah?".
Hannah went back to studying and became a level 3 and 4 PT and nutritionist and created the RECLAIM Method. Today she helps other women over 35 to reclaim their identity and transform their health and habits so they can show up in every area of life as the best version of themselves. Hannah wants women to look at themselves in the mirror to not only love, but be proud of the women looking back at them.
Today Hannah shares a day in her world with us:
4:30 AM – Rise and shine (just about)
The alarm goes off before the sun even thinks about showing up. I throw on my gym kit, grab a black coffee, and head out the door. Some mornings I’m full of energy,other days it’s pure habit that gets me moving, but I never regret going.
That hour in the gym is mine. It’s where I push my body and prove to myself what it’s capable of. Feeling strong empowers my mind and sets the tone for the day. I’m not just training for how my body looks now, I’m training for old age, building functional strength to carry me through life. I usually train four to five times a week- two upper, two lower sessions, and a full body if I manage a fith. I start every session on the treadmill to get my steps in and run through the schedule for the day.
6:15 AM – Mum mode- ON
Back home, it’s straight into chef duties, breakfasts, packed lunches, and hairstylist to my 11-year-old, who has very strong opinions about ponytail height. Apparently there is an optimal level.
7:15 AM – The school run
We’re out the door for school, into the car with last-minute spelling practice and an 11-year-old who’s still half asleep. Some mornings are full of laughter and music; others are frantic with breakfast in the car. But it’s my Mum time, and I love it for what it is- imperfect but real.
8:15 AM – Breakfast and coffee number two
Back home, I finally get to sit down with my own breakfast- my go to is protein porridge with berries and dark chocolate that melt into the oats. Who doesn’t love chocolate for breakfast!
8:30 AM – Coaching begins
This is where my work really comes alive. I start with client check-ins, reviewing progress, celebrating wins, and helping them stay on track. Nutrition is always a big focus, we talk about how to fuel their bodies properly, not restricting food, but understanding protein, macros, and how to eat for energy. Meal plans and recipes are realistic, designed to fit life, not complicate it.
Exercise is personalised too. Whether that’s a gym session, a home workout, or even a walking-only plan. The goal is always the same: help them see progress, feel stronger, and gain confidence in what their body can do.
A huge part of what I do is helping women build habits that actually stick. We focus on small, sustainable changes, ditching all-or-nothing thinking, and creating routines that feel natural. Along the way, they learn about how their bodies respond, hormones, metabolism, and mindset, things school never taught us.
And it’s never done in isolation. I make sure every client has support, whether through messages, check-ins, zoom calls or group messaging- because transformation is easier and more enjoyable when you’re not doing it alone.
Some clients I speak to daily, especially when they first start. Others are more independent but still supported and guided toward their goals. My role is to educate, encourage, and show them what’s possible when consistency meets confidence.
1:30 PM – Lunch time
By now, I’m hungry again. My current go-to is a spicy chicken wrap. Crammed full so you can hardly hold it! I like food with flavour colour and easy to eat on the go.
2:15 PM – School pick-up and after-school life
Back to mum mode, pick-ups, clubs after school acitivities. Some days are unpredictable, but I love the chaos. Coaching women to find balance only works if I practise it too.
3:30 PM – Snack o’clock
Greek yoghurt with honey and berries or veggie sticks with dip. I hate being hungry, and I know I’m a better human when I’m fuelled.
4:00 PM – Business admin & global client calls
Running my own business while coaching globally is a huge test of consistency, accountability, and mindset. Some days it’s smooth; other days, it’s messy. Watching my clients succeed and grow makes every day worth it.
6:00 PM – Family dinner
Evenings are for family when we aren’t out at clubs or events. We love pizza, spaghetti Bolognese, fajitas- all higher in protein but still fun and flavoursome. There are always veggies involved- sometimes hidden (mum hack), sometimes proudly chopped and stirred by little helping hands. I love getting the kids involved in cooking; it makes them curious about food and proud of what we put on the table.
7:00 PM – Global connections
After dinner, I often catch up with clients in other time zones. Coaching women around the world means some late nights, but it’s worth it.
8:00 PM – Wind down
By now, it’s time to slow down. My older daughter and I might play cards, watch a series or just chat. As a family, we recently started practicing daily gratitude- writing down one highlight from our day. It’s simple, but it sparks conversation and helps us focus on what went right.
9:30–10:00 PM – Bedtime
Rest and recover ready for another day!
