Rayya Wellness invites families to a revitalizing and creative morning at the Mommy & Me Yoga Art Breakfast on the 28th of April.
Held at the tranquil The Retreat Palm Dubai MGallery by Sofitel, this event promises a delightful blend of wellness activities designed for parents and children alike.
The event kicks off at 8am with a special Parent & Child Yoga Class, providing an opportunity for families to connect and have fun together in a serene environment. Led by experienced instructors, this yoga session aims to foster mindfulness and strengthen the parent-child bond through gentle movements and relaxation techniques.
Following the yoga session, from 9:15 am to 12:00 pm, participants will immerse themselves in Canvas Painting Workshop facilitated by Fosca Art. Children aged 5 and above, along with their parents, will have the chance to unleash their creativity and express themselves through the vibrant art of mandala painting. Guided by skilled artists, families will explore the therapeutic benefits of art while creating beautiful masterpieces to cherish.
During the morning activities, a delicious breakfast will be served, ensuring participants are fuelled for a morning of relaxation, creativity, and connection. In addition, participants can look forward to receiving exclusive goodie bags courtesy of Earth Goods, a leading home-grown brand specialising in 100% organic and natural food products.
Kids need to be over 5 years of age and the morning costs 250 dhs per adult and 200 dhs per child.
