Set along Dubai’s most exclusive stretch of coastline, the recently recognised #20 hotel in The World’s 50 Best Hotels list, Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab introduces Saturday Brunch by The Fore, a new weekend dining experience that unites four distinct culinary perspectives under one vibrant roof.
Hosted in the resort’s multi-concept dining destination, the Brunch brings together Japanese precision from Umi Kei, Pan-Asian flair from Madame Li, Mediterranean Brasserie flavours from Mirabelle, and the rich, spice-led depth of modern Indian cuisine from The Bombay Club by Chef Manav Tuli. While each restaurant maintains its own identity, the brunch presents them in a single, cohesive format, offering guests a curated culinary journey through multiple techniques, flavours and crafts in one atmosphere designed for relaxed, social dining with beachfront terraces showcasing panoramic views of the marina, Dubai’s skyline and the iconic Jumeirah Burj Al Arab.
Launching on Saturday, 20th December, Saturday Brunch by The Fore will take place every Saturday from 13:00h to 16:00h. Pricing begins at AED 500 for the Soft Package, AED 750 for the Premium Wine Package (including Champagne), and AED 250 for children aged four and above.
The afternoon unfolds across a series of live stations that showcase each restaurant’s culinary ethos. At Umi Kei, sushi and sashimi are prepared to order alongside a Robata grill serving wagyu, seafood and seasonal vegetables, complemented by a miso soup station. Madame Li highlights Pan-Asian flavours with a Thai curry and wok station, BBQ skewers, Peking duck carved tableside and a fresh salad station. The Bombay Club by Chef Manav Tuli brings modern Indian cuisine to the table with a signature tandoori prime rib carving station, butter chicken and biryani pots, a live tandoor with naan and kebabs, lobster Angare and a selection of Arabic hot and cold mezzeh.
Guests can also experience a remarkable cheese presentation featuring an exceptional selection from Les Frères Marchand, one of the world’s most respected cheese affineurs, with more than 20 varieties sourced from the finest cellars across the globe.
The Fore’s transformative nature encourages exploration, allowing guests to move through the offerings at their own pace while maintaining a sensory dining journey. The culinary direction is led by Executive Chef Roberto Rispoli, supported by Executive Sous Chef Deepak Kumar and Executive Pastry Chef Steve Thiery, whose technical expertise shapes every execution.
Dessert forms its own dedicated chapter, with a pastry station featuring viennoiserie, plated signatures, and creations from Pierre Hermé Paris, accompanied by chef-led finishing touches. A dedicated children’s offering ensures little ones enjoy the same level of care and quality, featuring a whimsical marshmallow tree and a delightful candy bar station designed to spark joy.
Set against a beautiful backdrop, children are invited into a thoughtfully curated world of play that evolves throughout the brunch. From art and painting stations, soap-making workshops and face painting, to interactive games, brain-building activities and quiet creative corners for colouring and crafts, each element is designed for exploration at their own pace. Every activity is carefully designed to feel intuitive, engaging and perfectly suited to each age, allowing parents to truly relax, knowing their little ones are meaningfully engaged in a warm, refined setting.
The atmosphere is elevated by a vibrant entertainment programme inspired by each restaurant’sdistinct ethos, evolving naturally throughout the afternoon. Moments of surprise unfold through intimate performances, alongside roaming mentalists and magicians who add an element of intrigue. To further elevate the experience, elegant caviar pass-arounds and freshly shucked oysters are served throughout the space. Guests are also invited to discover curated sake tastings and an immersive tea ceremony experience, reinforcing The Fore’s commitment to refined detail and layered sensory discovery
