Inaugural 'Girl Up' UAE Leadership Summit for Girls in Dubai

We're excited to hear that Girl Up, the global leadership development initiative founded by the United Nations Foundation, is hosting its first ever 'UAE Leadership Summit' in Dubai on the 3rd of March 2024.

This event aims to bring together youth change makers from across the UAE for a day of inspiration, advocacy, and skill-building in the pursuit of gender justice.

Open to girls ages 13-24 residing in the UAE, the Girl Up UAE Leadership Summit promises to be an empowering and transformative experience. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of workshops and discussions led by both youth activists and experts in the field of gender equality. From keynote speeches and interactive sessions centered around STEM, storytelling, and business & leadership to networking activities, the one-day summit will offer valuable insights and practical tools for advancing social change at both the local and global levels.
