With its pale blush hue, crisp finish, and graceful effervescence, it captures the essence of la dolce vita - light, bright, and designed to be savoured slowly. At Pranzo Con Rosé, this signature sip sets the tone for a refined yet relaxed afternoon escape in a delightful celebration of la dolce vita, offering a choice of two courses for AED 149 where guests can either starter & main or main & dessert or three courses for AED 199.

The ecstatic menu features a thoughtfully curated selection of Italian classics, crafted for a refined yet relaxed midday escape. Starters include La Mozzarella with heirloom tomatoes, a vibrant Italian salad with ricotta and kalamata olives, and a refreshing Salmon Carpaccio with dill dressing.

For mains, choices include comforting Tagliatelle alla Bolognese, delectable Ravioloni di Ricotta e Funghi, Risotto al Limone, a zesty lemon risotto, or Pesce Lampuga al Limone, citrus-infused Dorada fish with parsley butter and pickled lemon. To add the touch of flavours of sweetness, indulge in Semifreddo al Caffè, a rich coffee semifreddo with mascarpone cream to a refreshing Seasonal Fruit Sorbet.
