Sweat, Stretch, Sip: Veo Fitness and Galeries Lafayette Team Up for Two Wellness Weekends

A workout, a moment of calm and a good coffee: is there a better way to start the weekend? This October, Veo Fitness and Galeries Lafayette Dubai are joining forces for two wellness mornings, one to get you moving and another to help you slow down.

// Saturday 24 October: Community Wellness Day at Veo Manzil

First up, Veo Manzil in Downtown Dubai is hosting a community wellness morning. Choose from three classes: cycling for an energetic start, yoga to stretch it out, or AquaFit for a splash. If you’d rather go at your own pace, you can sign up for general gym access instead.

Class participants can also enjoy HARVST coffee and matcha afterwards, which is the perfect excuse to linger and catch up with friends.

Doors open at 10am, with classes starting from around 10.15am.

// Saturday 31 October: Yoga & Sound Healing at Galeries Lafayette

The following weekend, wellness moves into the heart of Dubai Mall. Galeries Lafayette will host a Yoga & Sound Healing session at 11am, combining gentle, guided movement with soothing sound. It’s a rare moment of calm amid the buzz of the city, with HARVST bottled coffee and matcha to round off the morning.

Best of all, you don’t need to be a Veo member to join. The session is open to everyone, whether you’re a seasoned yogi or simply curious to try sound healing for the first time. Afterwards, why not stay for a browse through the fashion and beauty floors or brunch at one of the store’s cafés? It’s a lovely way to turn a mindful morning into a full day out.

Veo, the community-led fitness concept from Emaar Hospitality Group, believes wellness should be part of everyday life, and these two mornings make it easy to start.
