Available from Monday to Friday between 12:00pm and 3:00pm, the Business Lunch menu offers a rotating selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, each presented with the flair and finesse Carnival is known for. The journey begins with an amuse-bouche such as a pumpkin bao  and progresses through a variety of vibrant Indian reinterpretations like the Podi Idly or Chicken Cafreal, all ending on a sweet high note with inventive desserts like Carnival’s take on Ghewar.

Guests can further enhance their experience with playful add-ons like the signature Pani Puri (AED 45++), or opt for a curated wine pairing to complete the affair.
