Fin & Bone, Dubai’s latest destination for premium butcher cuts and bespoke culinary experiences in the heart of Al Barari’s lush grounds, introduces its newest offering - the Fin & Bone BBQ Box.
Thoughtfully put together for grill enthusiasts and food lovers, the new boxes bring together everything needed to create an elevated barbecue experience, combining high-quality produce, convenience, and craft, just in time for Dubai’s alfresco season.
Driving this vision are Culinary Director Craig Small, who spearheaded the concept’s development, and Head Butcher Richard Douglas, whose expertise spans luxury properties including The Lana, Dorchester Collection, and The Abu Dhabi Edition, where he pioneered dry-aging and in-house charcuterie programmes.
Each box is curated with Fin & Bone’s signature selections, designed to bring the ultimate grill experience straight to your home. Guests can choose their own premium meat cut of their choice, and have the option to choose from three expertly crafted boxes:
The Backyard Box (AED 110) – 2x Burger buns, 2x patties, 4x sausages, 1z Fin & Bone Bone Butter, 1x baby gem lettuce head, 200g of Manchamon Cheese, and 1x fire starter.
The Bonfire Box (AED 200) – Any 2 steaks of choice (700g total), 1x beef tallow, 1x BBQ rub, 1x BBQ sauce, and 1x fire starter
The Big Boy Box (AED 520) – Any 2 big cuts cuts (A choice between Angus Tomahawk, Bone in Rib, or T-bone Steak), 2x BBQ rubs, 2x beef tallow, 2x BBQ sauces, and 1x fire starter.
Each box is a unique combination of premium meats and accompaniments, ensuring no two boxes are exactly alike, a truly tailored experience for every grill enthusiast.
Aside from BBQ offerings, artisanal pastas, freshly baked breads, including sourdough, baguettes, and black sesame seed buns, premium olive oils, and balsamic vinegar from Modena aged up to 50 years are also available to provide essential pantry staples. Guernsey A2 milk, sold in traditional UK-style glass bottles, UK cheeses such as cave-aged cheddar and Blue Shropshire, and pasture-raised eggs complete the selection, combining flavour with quality and nutrition.
To complement its offering, the team provides a bespoke sourcing service, ensuring that if a desired product is not available in-store, every effort is made to procure it.
