A Note on Raemona’s 40 Over Forty

Each year, Raemona’s 40 Over Forty celebrates the incredible women across the UAE and wider region who continue to lead, inspire and redefine what life and success can look like beyond forty.

This year’s edition was due to be announced this month. However, in light of the current regional situation, we felt it was important to pause briefly and allow space for the moment we are all navigating.

The women we honour through 40 Over Forty represent resilience, leadership and community - values that feel particularly meaningful right now. For that reason, the celebration is not cancelled, only delayed.

We remain incredibly proud of this year’s inspiring nominees and look forward to sharing their stories and achievements very soon.

Thank you to everyone who nominated, supported and championed the remarkable women around them. The recognition they deserve is coming - and we can’t wait to celebrate them properly in the very near future.
