Ahead of Dubai's timeless classic Bab Al Shams reopening, a multi-sensory dining and live entertainment experience rooted in traditional Arabic culture, Al Hadheerah returns this winter with exquisite dining and theatrical experiences under Dubai's starry night sky, the reimagined offering transports you back to the Bedouin settings.
In a setting of glistening sand dunes in the Arabian desert, Al Hadheerah invites guests to explore the distinct and diverse flavours of the Middle East. While dancers, musicians, falconers, and camel rides bring the spirit of Arabian heritage to life, guests can explore a colourful souk with handmade carpets, exotic perfumes, sand art, and camel wool pashminas. As part of an authentic and elevated Arabian desert experience, there is a selection of live cooking stations.
The menu at Al Hadheerah features traditional favourites for every palate, featuring responsibly sourced local ingredients. Guests will enjoy a wide selection of hot and cold mezze to begin, as well as speciality bread and salads made from the freshest ingredients. From flame-grilled seafood to seasoned kebabs and tender lamb cooked traditionally, guests can choose from a variety of live cooking stations. Dessert lovers will be enticed by decadent options such as Umm Ali, Kunafa with Cheese, and Arabic Mixed Baklava. Under the starry night sky, guests can relax with a selection of Arabic teas and signature shisha blends after dinner.
