AKABEKO Launches Pre-Weekend Seafood Experience

AKABEKO, Dubai’s first authentic Japanese yakiniku concept, invites diners to experience Taste of Tide, a curated seafood menu available exclusively on Thursdays and Fridays.
Taste of Tide is a thoughtfully crafted selection of Japanese seafood dishes, sourced from nutrient-rich waters where mountain streams meet the sea. This includes Assorted Nigiri at AED65 and Chirashi AED 95, as well as the bold Tartare and delicate Carpaccio of the Day at AED 80 each.
In addition to the Taste of Tide menu, AKABEKO also introduces Oyster Happy Hour, available Thursday to Sunday. Guests can enjoy 6 pieces of Japanese oysters for AED 150, a limited-time offering that celebrates the terroir of Japan’s coastal landscapes. For those who prefer variety, the Japanese Oyster Trio offers a tasting served three ways: raw with vinaigrette, charcoal grilled and deep-fried. Known as some of the world’s most prized oysters, these Japanese oysters are sourced from the inland coasts between Hiroshima and Okayama, celebrated for their perfect balance of salinity and deep umami flavour.
