Vera Versilia Celebrates Truffle Season with Exclusive 'Tartufo Bianco’ Menu


Step into a season of indulgence as Vera Versilia unveils its exclusive Tartufo Bianco Menu, a tribute to Italy’s rarest treasure.


Featuring white truffles sourced from the renowned estates of San Pietro a Pettine, where the truffle’s aroma tells a story of rich soil, tradition and unparalleled quality – Vera pairs this unique ingredient with aspecially curated selection of Italian classics.


Truffle lovers far and wide are called to savour the exquisite flavours of the White Truffle Menu for a limited time only at Vera Versilia. The menu boasts an array of dishes elevated with this season’s rare ingredient; from the buttery Tagliolini with butter and Parmigiano cheese; to Carpaccio Di Manzo, tender Fassona beef topped with toasted hazelnuts, hazelnut mayo and cress for a refined finish. Those looking for a touch of extravagance can opt for theTagliata Di Manzo; perfectly sliced Wagyu striploin served with grilled mushrooms and truffle jus.


While the White Truffle Menu introduces a selection of limited-edition dishes, the a la carte menu can be further complemented with freshly shaved white truffle for an additional AED 85 to create a dining experience that celebrates the aroma and artistry of Italian cuisine.


The Tartufo Bianco Menu will be available daily for lunch and dinner throughout November from 12 PM at Vera Versilia – inviting guests to indulge in the season’s finest Italian flavours in an elegant setting.
