Dubai’s ultimate boutique fitness experience is partnering with the city’s first members-only beach club for a pioneering and elevated wellness event this winter.
MOTION a unique variation of a spinning class that offers a full body workout, will host a private pop-up class at CHOUCHOU, the elegant beach club with St Tropez vibes at J1 Beach on La Mer.
Held on Sunday February 2, CHOUCHOU and MOTION invite guests to step out of Dubai’s cityscape and enjoy a sense of the French Riviera, taking time for themselves to have fun and meet likeminded individuals in a memorable setting.
Perfect for those seeking fresh wellness experiences in Dubai, hosted by MOTION’S highly-trained and inspirational coaches, the elevated HIIT and stretching session aims to not only invigorate body and mind but also relax guests whowill be able to enjoy beautiful ocean views while exercising - as well as complimentary light breakfast, post beach access that is normally only for members and luxury goodie bag.
Taking place in the private stylish pool and beach area of CHOUCHOU – Dubai’s most talked-about new beach club – greeting guests at CHOUCHOU from 8:30am, the luxury wellness event begins at 9am with a 40-minute class including 20-minute HIIT and 20-minute dynamic stretching. The class is repeated at 10am with a maximum of 20 participants per session.
Guests will receive a tote bag containing an edit of curated wellness must haves for the class and a beach day including; Contrast Sauna & Ice Studio vouchers, sustainable sunscreen brand COOLA, Shake Your Plants newly launched electrolytes for added wellness in your water, Sunday Riley skincare and perfume from luxury fragrance house Goldfield & Banks.
Tickets for these classes are priced at AED 220 per person or AED400 for two and also include a light breakfast of coffee, freshly pressed juices and croissants.
After the session guests are able to enjoy complimentary beach access at CHOUCHOU and soak up the Côte d’Azur ambience found in this sophisticated two-storey club on the white sands of J1. Those who want to extend their day can head from the beach to CHOUCHOU’S terrace and starting from AED290 enjoy their much loved weekend brunch crafted by Executive Chef Valentin Bernigaud, one of the UAE’s most acclaimed culinary artists who comes from The Ritz Paris and learned his craft from legendary French Michelin-starred chef Joël Robuchon.
