Ossiano, the award-winning seafood restaurant at Atlantis The Palm, was the highest rated in the country with its executive chef Grégoire Berger awarded the coveted title of Chef of the Year.
Other winners included Al Muntaha at Burj Al Arab, one of Dubai’s longest-standing home-grown restaurants, Armani/Ristorante at Armani Dubai, one of our favourites Trèsind Studio, BOCA, Celebrities at One & Only Royal Mirage, Folly and At.mosphere.
