Taggy and Reloved Join Forces to Accelerate Circular Fashion in the UAE

Two of the UAE's leading circular fashion platforms, Taggy and Reloved, have announced a merger, combining forces to make buying and selling fashion easier and more accessible across the country.

Under the deal, the businesses will operate under the Taggy brand, pairing Taggy's technology-led platform with the market expertise and community built by Reloved founder Annie Stacey, who joins as Chief Operating Officer. Conversations began in mid-June, with the merger process starting in early July, both companies having pursued a strikingly similar vision for the region's resale market.

"Annie has an incredible understanding of this market and of what customers in the UAE actually need," says Mark Leeming, Founder of Taggy. Stacey, who launched Reloved in 2024 and built a community of around 3,000 customers and sellers, called the merger "an evolution of what we started with Reloved rather than an ending."

Existing Reloved users will transition their accounts and listings onto Taggy, which currently counts more than 8,100 registered users and over 9,000 listed items. Together, the combined platform significantly strengthens Taggy's position in the UAE's fast-growing circular fashion market.
