Review // Qua Spa And Aesthetic Lab, Caesars Palace

Qua Spa - Young London - Caesars Palace

by Natasha Hatherall-Shawe

I love a HydraFacial and what I love even more is a good deal on a HydraFacial. The great thing about Dubai Summer is that there are some great deals to be had and so before the new season chaos begins (for me it never stopped being honest!) it’s a good time to invest in some good old-fashioned R&R for yourself. I ended my week taking myself off to Young LDN, an aesthetics lab located within Qua Spa in Caesars Palace on Bluewater Dubai.

Qua Spa is easily one of the city’s most opulent spas and the whole experience from arrival to completion was attentive, professional and luxurious. I personally always enjoy contemporary chic hotels and spas and this ticked all the boxes of minimal luxurious style.

Within Qua Spa there is Young London, an aesthetics lab originally from London which is designed to help people feel confident about their appearance by offering best-in-class treatments from leading aesthetic experts. There is an extensive menu of beauty treatments such as body contouring to advanced anti-aging, as well as acne treatments for teens and adults.

The treatment was all you would expect from a top Dubai hotel – gorgeous room, lovely robes, ambient lighting and all the best equipment and products.

The summer offers give you a choice of face and body treatments and I selected a HydraFacial as I really wanted my skin to be deep cleaned and it’s always a good choice for anti-aging too. Using award-winning technology, the HydraFacial’s multi-step treatment combines water microdermabrasion, AHA exfoliation plus heat and cooling therapy to firm and tighten the skin for a supple finish. Before the treatment, I was given a personalised consultation to select my customised facial treatment. I chose the HydraFacial treatment to Deep Cleanse, with a bit of Lifting and Tightening which at my age I totally need.

My therapist had years of experience in aesthetic clinics across the GCC and really knew her stuff. I’m a beauty junkie and I like to think I have a good knowledge of all things skin, and she easily answered all my questions and talked me through the treatment really well.

I’ve had a number of HydraFacials before as it is one of my personal favourite treatments and I came out the end of the number of steps feeling clean, refreshed and definitely rejuvenated for it. Most of my previous HydraFacials have been on quite clinical settings, so it was a treat to have a truly results driven treatment in such a gorgeous setting.

My treatment cost AED 1,000 for a 75-minute session. It’s the perfect hydrating treatment for the hot Dubai summer and I will definitely be back to what may be my new favourite Dubai spa!

The Caesar’s Summer Spa deal offers guests the chance to indulge in a 50-minute treatment of their choice, either a body massage or classic facial for AED 499 with complimentary pool and beach access and 15% off food and beverage. The summer spa packages is available until the 30th September, so there is still lots of time.
