Summer Lovin // Discover a Month-Long Italian Journey at Fi'lia

This July, Fi'lia is introducing a new culinary adventure called "Taste of Italy". Over the course of a month, Fi’lia will be inviting guests to join a delicious journey through Italy’s many regions, each week highlighting the unique flavours and special dishes that make each place so special.

From Sicily to Trentino, diners will experience a different part of Italy through carefully crafted regional menus, giving everyone a chance to taste the authentic essence of Italian cuisine. 

As the weeks go on, each new regional menu will bring fresh tastes and stories from Italy’s different corners, from Piemonte’s elegant flavours to Puglia’s coastal delights, Sardinia’s seafood, and finally, Sicily’s vibrant and aromatic cuisine. Guests can enjoy decadent dishes like Insalata di Agrumi, a citrus salad with fresh mint and olives from Sicily, indulge in crispy Polpette di Pane served with marinara sauce from Puglia, or sample Agnolotti del Plin from Piemonte, to name just a few. 

This month takes guests on a culinary voyage without having to leave Dubai, allowing diners to immerse themselves in Italy’s rich, colourful food culture, all while enjoying the warm hospitality of Fi’lia. 

Fi’lia’s ‘Taste of Italy’ Dinner Dates: 

Week 1: Sicily, from June 30th - July 6th 

Week 2: Sardinia, from July 7th - July 13th  

Week 3: Puglia, from July 14th -July 20th  

Week 4: Piemonte, from July 21st - July 27th 

Week 5: Trentino, from July 28th - August 3rd
