Sage Appliances and Drink Dry team up to turn the humble sparkling water maker into a full-blown mocktail machine.
The alcohol-free aisle has been having a moment for a while now, but Sage Appliances and Drink Dry have just given it a serious glow-up. The two have teamed up this summer to show what happens when a proper drinks appliance meets genuinely good non-alcoholic ingredients, and the result is a lot more exciting than sparkling water.
At the centre of it is the Sage InFizz™ (AED 899), which ditches the one-trick-pony approach of most carbonators. Thanks to its FusionCap™, it can fizz up more or less anything, not just water, so mocktails, cocktail-style drinks and flavoured beverages are all fair game. Pair it with Drink Dry's curated non-alcoholic range and you've got restaurant-calibre drinks without leaving the kitchen island.
Two mixologist-built recipes launch the collab: a Citrus Paloma Fizz built on Crossip Fresh Citrus, grapefruit and lime, and a Blazing Pineapple Mojito loaded with pineapple, mint and lime. Both take minutes, both taste like you tried a lot harder than you did.
Whether you're hosting or just treating a Tuesday like it deserves a nice glass, this is proof alcohol-free entertaining doesn't have to mean settling.
