Sips & Serenata: Midweek, the True Italian Way at Cucina Dubai

Wednesdays at Cucina are getting a new soundtrack this September with the launch of Sips & Serenata, a weekly aperitivo night pairing live entertainment with Italian cocktails, vino and antipasti at the Palm West Beach trattoria.

Inspired by the Italian ritual of aperitivo, an evening built for lingering, sharing and good company, the experience runs every Wednesday from 7pm until late. For AED 299 for two, guests enjoy two hours of free-flow wine carafes alongside the Tagliere dello Chef, a generous antipasti board of Italian cheeses and cold cuts, with add-ons including arancini, bruschetta, focaccina, marinated Apulian olives and fried calamari.

Setting the mood is Verou Poli, known across Dubai for her distinctive one-woman-band performances, blending vocals, piano, percussion and live looping in real time, fluent in both English and Italian, spanning timeless classics and contemporary favourites.

Whether it's after-work drinks, a date night or a midweek catch-up with friends, Sips & Serenata brings a taste of la dolce vita to the middle of the week, with the à la carte menu also available throughout the evening.
