Nikita runs a PR and communications agency that was recently rebranded to Mumkin (previously known as By Niggi).

Nikita has been running the agency since 2018 with a focus across influencer marketing, PR and content. Aside from that she creates content on her Instagram page in the hopes of empowering young women to do more with their life and health, after going through a life changing transformation of losing over 50 kgs. 

 Let's discover a day in the life and career of Nikita:

4AM:

Wake up and follow my morning routine where I drink warm water, get ready calmly and peacefully, meditate and journal

530AM:

60 minute training session 4x times a week followed by 30-45 minutes cardio 6x times cardio;

8AM:

Back home breakfast and get ready for work

930AM:

Begin work which usually is meetings, calls, presentations, filming content, being with the team

12PM:

Lunch which is usually a mix of protein, carbs and fibre

330PM:

Wind up work and head out to work on other projects/ personal projects or otherwise

6PM:

Dinner usually which is white fish and vegetables

8PM: 

Get ready for bed and sleep by 9PM to ensure 7-8 hours of sleep
