6 AM- Mental Well Being: Wake Up to feed my two rescue dogs and get some steps in, goal is 10,000 a day!
7 AM - Time Block & Organize: Coffee & planning - go through my to-do list and time block my day. Owning a brand means my days look completely different depending on what needs prioritizing on the day. Between running my business full time, staying on top of my health and fitness, I have to plan my days down to the minute to make sure I can fit everything in.
9 AM - Check Ins: Check in with my team, follow up on any outstanding tasks and start to take my calls and check off my to-do list for the day.
12NOON - Lunch! I’m a creature of habit, so you won’t catch me eating much other than chicken & rice on a week day.
2 PM - Customer Centric: I normally spend my mid-afternoon on anything customer related. Looking through orders, any customer emails and any feedback that we are receiving. I truly believe that our customers’ satisfaction is at the core of our business and our purpose, so I want to be informed and keep my finger on the pulse with the demands to ensure we’re meeting expectations.
3 PM - Physical Wellness: Take a little break in the workday and head to the gym. I do strength & weight training 3 days a week, and normally get in 2-3 higher intensity cardio sessions a week.
4 PM - Evening Round Up: I’ll normally spend my evenings rounding up my day by going back through my check list and start to create one for the following day or remainder of the week and of course check in on the team, see where my assistance may be needed and check in again on any customer related inquiries that I may need to oversee.
7 PM - Me time: Diner, down time & get ready for bed- I try to be in bed by 10PM every night to make sure I get a solid night sleep for optimal physical and mental recovery.
