• New Modern Japanese Restaurant Ikayu Opens

Modern Japanese cuisine finds a new home at the locally owned Ikayu, nestled in Dubai’s Jumeirah district. Opening next week and with a vision inspired by nature, Ikayu’s interiors are adorned with stone, raw plaster finishes, and bespoke handmade elements. Its wooden seating areas and stone themed cutlery results in a space that is not only inviting but is also an immersive journey that captivates guests the moment they step through its doors.

At the heart of Ikayu’s menu lies a symphony of flavours, where each dish is a testament to the artistry of fusion cuisine. Delight in the Tuna Tataki, where fresh tuna comes together with avocado, onion, and a soy-ginger dressing and a hint of chipotle.
