As he begins his second year at RASPOUTINE, acclaimed Chef Panagiotis Achamnos has announced the introduction of a new menu. Chef Panagiotis’ new menu promises a tantalising journey of flavours, blending the finest ingredients from around the world and the latest culinary techniques. Diners can anticipate a curated selection of cold starters, featuring a Heirloom Tomato Salad with Goat Cheese Cream, an elevated King Crab Salad, Wagyu Beef, Hokkaido Scallops, and Yellowtail Carpaccio. The enticing new hot starters include succulent Pan-Seared Scallops and indulgent Mini Burgers crowned with rich French Foie Gras. The main courses present a sumptuous selection, featuring luscious Lobster Linguine, creamy Saffron Risotto adorned with delicate Langoustine Tartare, and melt-in-your-mouth Ribeye of Wagyu Beef.
