NIRI Restaurant & Bar New Menu Rooted in Sustainability and Tradition

NIRI Restaurant & Bar’s new Tasting Menu (AED300 per person) offers a thoughtful  journey through Japanese flavours - simple, honest, and sustainably minded.

Showcasing responsibly sourced ingredients and time-honoured techniques, the menu is presented with NIRI’s signature si

mplicity. From perfectly balanced toro sakusaku nori to charcoal-grilled yakitori, each dish reflects a deep respect for seasonality, provenance, and balance.

With a renewed focus on sustainable dining, the menu also introduces guests to Salmon Yakimeshi - a comforting Japanese-style fried rice dish that makes use of lesser-known cuts, ensuring no part of the fish goes to waste.

The multi-course meal begins with light starters including Miso Shiru, Spinach Nasu Goma, Suzuki Agedashi, and Toro Sakusaku Nori, followed by a selection of yakitori and sushi. For mains, guests can choose between whole grilled sea bream with preserved lemon, mitsuba, and ponzu, or a rich Sesame Soya Beef. It all ends with the restaurant’s signature Kinako Pistachio Cheesecake.

NIRI’s Tasting Menu is available daily. The Tasting Menu is priced at AED300 per person for a minimum of two people. Add a fresh oyster and Asari No Sakamushi for an additional AED75 per person.
