The ‘Fire Omakase’ concept located at The St Regis Gardens, Dubai, takes diners through Chef Dani Garcia’s mastery of embers which transform each dish into a symphony of flavors, all savouring the power of smoke.
Priced at AED 950 per person, the Fire Omakase experience invites guests to indulge in culinary excellence. Additionally, optional wine or tea pairings, starting from AED 590 and AED 175 per person, respectively, further enhance the dining experience, offering a symphony of flavours to complement each dish.
