Gastronomic Journey at One&Only Royal Mirage's Jetty Lounge

A firm favourite of team Raemona over the years, Jetty Lounge at One&Only Royal Mirage will be hosting a special gastronomic journey and a culinary extravaganza featuring acclaimed Chef Shane Delia. 

Chef Shane Delia is a renowned culinary virtuoso known for his pioneering approach to Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine. His exceptional talents have garnered international acclaim, particularly for his award-winning restaurant, Maha, in Melbourne, Australia.

For 7 days only between the 14th and 20th of April, the Jetty Lounge will transform into a culinary theatre, presenting an exclusive menu and intimate dinner experiences curated by Chef Shane Delia. Menu highlights include Lamb Shawarma Filled Bun with caramelised honey and za’atar, Persian Style Braised Beed Rib Bastilla with tamarind curry, pickled carrots and herbs and the unique Smoked Hummus, Kombu and Ufra Biber dressed with cucumber and nigella seeds. Priced at AED 310 per person for the set menu, including 6 dishes and 2 beverages.
