Soirée Wine Bar, the newly opened wine bar in ME Dubai Hotel, has launched a new Wine and Cheese Night which we're excited to head over and try.
All day every Wednesday for AED 295, guests can enjoy a fine selection of 6 cheeses paired with 3 exquisite wines. The cheese selection includes Chabichou, Tomme du Berry á la truffe and an 18-month aged Comte paired with a bottle of Valle Reale Trebbiano d'Abruzzo (dry white wine), Brie de Meaux and an 18-month aged Mimolette paired with a bottle of Stellenrust Pinotage (dry red wine) and Roquefort paired with a bottle of Cocchi Barolo Chinato Vermouth (sweet white wine), all specially curated to provide a harmonious blend of flavours, textures and aromas.
