Must-Try Vegan Cafe’s and Restaurants in Dubai

Vegan Cafe’s and Restaurants in Dubai

If you’re looking for some of the hottest spots with plant-based menus in Dubai, here are some of the best spots to try. These hotspots not only offer delicious and healthy options, but also celebrate the importance of protecting our environment and sustainability.

Here are our (vegan!) nuggets of wisdom:

There’s nothing hotter than enjoying a superb, massive burger with your pals, while also knowing that NEAT uses only the finest and freshest plant-based ingredients for their burgers and soulful salads. While you implement your fresher, better era, you can guarantee NEAT Burger lives up to its outstanding review (Time Out Award Winners 2023) and leaves you feeling nourished and filled to the brim. This is a fast-food outlet we can totally get behind, as they champion ‘feeding a positive change in global eating habits, catering to diverse tastes and preferences with our menu of consciously harvested, plant-based food.’ There’s a reason some of the top stars, such as Lewis Hamilton choose NEAT as their burger joint of choice.

Our recommendation: THE NEAT BURGER  - Neat Meat patty made with a top-secret recipe, pickles, white onion, ketchup and mustard.

Where to find: Level 2 Dubai Mall, Overlooking the Ice Rink.

If you haven’t already tried Just Vegan Jumeriah, make sure to put it at the forefront of your plant based must-tries. Opening in 2017, Just Vegan is one of the most renowned joints in the region. With a diverse menu that will make you say out loud, ‘I can’t believe this is all Vegan,’ Just Vegan makes sure not to compromise on taste.  Just Vegan champions itself on designing themselves to the tastes of the locals as they are ‘trying to increase the number of people trying to explore more sustainable, vegan options.’ EVERYTHING on this menu is 100% plant-based, advocating their no-eggs benny, pizzas, spag bol, and more… Not only does it serve tasty vegan grub, but it also prides itself as Jumeriah’s most Instagramable spot.

Our Recommendation: AVO PRO  - Their organic gluten-free, sourdough toast, accompanied by organic smashed avo, served with rocket leaves, semi-dried cherry tomatoes & cress.

Where to find: Just Vegan Jumeirah, Villa No.2, Next to Dubai Islamic Bank، شارع جميرا - Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Bounty Beets is a vegan fan’s favorite, with its breakfast and lunch deals being some of Dubai’s most affordable and yummy deals alone. Residing in the Instagramable spot of the Mina Seyahi hotel resort, comes second place to its eclectic menu inspired by worldwide cuisine. It sources local produce, putting a local twist on its endless menu of plant-based munch. Their newly renovated space is not only the perfect place to hang out with the girls, but lo and behold, you can also bring your furry friends to play and run around freely. After indulging in some of the city's best vegan goods, we recommend a lovely beach walk after, with your gals or even your pup!

Our recommendation: Son of Chick  - Chickpea spinach omelet stuffed with mushrooms, peppers, and Kale served with cashew aioli.

Where to find: Le Meridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina - Dubai

For a more low-key, cute, and intimate vibe we highly recommend Little Erth, their chic and hip atmosphere completely complements their menu, with its wide variety of plant-based options from a range of different cuisines. Not only can you devour their delights in the hip hotspot, but they also offer home deliveries, and can also be visited to search through their soulful shop and get your goods packaged to enjoy at home.

Our recommendation: Super Salad  - Kale, quinoa, beetroot, sweet potatoes, avocado, green peas, and sunflower seeds are served in our specialty pomegranate molasses dressing

Where to find: J2 Building - JLT Cluster J - Dubai

Wild And The Moon is one of the coolest, urban-style restaurants happening right now. The immaculate vibes have been trending for as long as we can remember. All their products are organic, locally, and ethically sourced. Don’t blame us if it becomes your go-to for a pressed juice and latte. It’s a well-known hotspot in Al Serkal, after a CRANK class or after just swanning around the cool art galleries there, we thoroughly recommend popping into this minimalist, uber-cool joint.  Created by a tribe of food lovers, Wild & The Moon champions ‘Food that should be good for you, Good for the Planet, and downright Delicious,’ coming from naturalists and naturopaths, setting ‘slow food to an urban beat.’

Our Recommendation: Wild Taco’s  - Homemade Taco Shells, mushroom, capsicum, red kidney bean, vegan nut and cheese, and spicy mayo.

Where to find: Alserkal Avenue, Street 8, H77, Al Quoz, DUBAI, UAE

Whilst you may already know Vietnamese Foodies for their authentic Southern Vietnamese dishes and casual dining style, they have just introduced another reason for you to visit. Recently launching an all-new vegan menu, they promise to take you on a culinary adventure like no other. Dive into a world of tantalizing plant-based delights that include their vegan cabbage salad with dehydrated button mushrooms as well as their comforting vegan laksa with tofu skin, sweet potato and lotus root. When it comes to pushing culinary boundaries, look no further. Experience a twist on the traditional vegan fare with their unique tofu skin stir-fry, infused with the exotic flavours of dehydrated mushrooms and fragrant lemongrass.

Mushroom and Cabbage Salad a Vietnamese Foodies

Our Recommendation: Mushroom and Cabbage Salad, Sweet and Sour Stir Fry and Stir Fry Mushroom Noodles
