Must Try Ice Bath

Have you ever tried an Ice Bath? Now you have the opportunity to on October 23rd from 10am – 1pm. Hyatt Centric Jumeirah is collaborating with Dubai-based fitness hub, Energy Camp, to bring a Wim Hof inspired wellness day to Dubai.

The one day experience, which will cost you AED 570 per person will include Wim Hof method break work and ice bath sessions provided by Energy Camp’s expert coaches. These sessions will be followed by a pool day and lunch at Chef Izu‘s latest opening, Eunoia by Carine.

You can expect your day to start with a smoothie and breathwork followed by your cold exposure.
