Matilda The Musical To Grace The Stage At Dubai Opera

Matilda the Musical is coming to Dubai Opera for a limited engagement from Tuesday, October 3rd to Thursday, October 12th. Based on Roald Dahl's beloved book, the musical tells the story of a young girl with extraordinary powers and a love for learning, as she takes on her cruel headmistress, Miss Trunchbull.

The show features music by Tim Minchin and playwriting by Dennis Kelly, and has won numerous awards since its debut in 2010. The production earned a record-breaking seven Olivier Awards and made its way to Broadway in 2013. The story was also adapted into a film that was released on Netflix in December 2020.
