Lily Hoa Nguyen Announces Dining Duets Finale x Odeon

Dining Duets, a five-part chef collaboration series hosted by Chef Lily Hoa Nguyen of Vietnamese Foodies, returns for its season finale at French restaurant ODEON in Jumeirah on Thursday April 17.
Previous editions have seen Chef Lily join forces with top local chefs including Chef Reif Othman (Hoe Lee Kow), Chef Jhovani Manalo (3Fils), Chef Brando Moros (11 Woodfire), and Chef Min Wei (Xu Restaurant).
For this final edition, Chef Lily teams up with Chef Thomas Duhamel, co-founder of ODEON, for a one-night-only dinner. Together, they’ll present a five-course menu – and for the first time in the series, every course is a true fusion, co-created by both chefs to blend their French and Vietnamese influences into something entirely new.
Set on ODEON’s rooftop terrace, the dinner promises an intimate and immersive evening, with just 35 seats available and bookings staggered from 7PM.

– Foie Gras Spring Roll with citrus plum sauce
– Endive & Green Papaya Salad with Roquefort and peanuts
– Crispy Crab Ravioli in creamy Vietnamese bisque
– Confit Duck Leg with citrus-ginger jus and noodles
– Coconut Rice Pudding with mango, coconut cookies and almonds
