She remains committed to ongoing education, staying at the forefront of evidence based wellness practices.

Under Sahar’s leadership, Blaura stands as a beacon of empowerment, knowledge and luxury wellness for women and families. Together, we are redefining well-being, one stage of womanhood at a time.

Today Sahar shares with us her 3 biggest life learnings to-date:

#LIFELESSON – 1 - You don’t have to choose between motherhood and ambition

For a long time, I believed I had to choose. I felt torn between being a present, devoted mother and pursuing a deep sense of purpose with my work. Society made me feel like motherhood and career are mutually exclusive, I felt a pressure that I had to pick either my business or being there for my kids. But what I have learned is that when you build something rooted in your truth, both can exist, even thrive, together.

Blaura was born from my personal experience as a mom who couldn’t find the space to care for herself while caring for her children. The gaps I experienced in support and selfcare after giving birth were not just personal pains, they were signals of what needed to exist. So I created Blaura not just as a business, but as a solution for every mother who needs space to grow without guilt.

You don’t have to wait for your kids to grow up to begin your dreams. In fact, motherhood might be the very thing that makes you brave enough to pursue them.

You can bloom in both roles. You can lead, build and create while mothering and your children will grow up watching what strength really looks like.

#LIFELESSON – 2 - Healing is not a luxury, it’s your right

When I entered the world of postnatal recovery, I quickly noticed how so many women walk around carrying silent pain.  We normalize exhaustion, hormonal chaos and emotional burnout because it’s what generations before us endured. I made it my mission to challenge that thought process.

Whether it’s emotional play therapy for children or hormone balancing drinks for women, I have come to believe that healing is not something we should earn after we burn out. It should be integrated into our everyday lives as a prevention; accessible and respected. Healing begins the moment you decide you are worthy of feeling whole. That realization changed how I navigated my way through motherhood, how I lead and how I showed up in the world. You deserve support, softness and science backed care not because you are broken, but because you are human.

Your body deserves care. Your mind deserves peace. Your emotions deserve space. Whether you are recovering from birth, navigating menopause, or simply trying to hold it all together, you should not have to earn the right to feel good. Healing is daily. It’s layered. It’s sacred.

When women begin to heal, families thrive. Communities thrive. It all starts with the belief that you are worthy, not someday, not later, but right now.

Wellness is not a luxury for the wealthy or a spa day here and there, it’s a birth right.

#LIFELESSON – 3 - Let your vision evolve, but never let anyone dilute it

When I first started building Blaura, I had to trust a vision that didn’t fully exist yet. I knew I wanted to build something, holistic, empowering and truly different, at times, it felt like no one else could fully see it. That can be scary. But what I learned is that a strong vision often starts as a whisper only you can hear.

Along the way, many people had opinions, some helpful, some discouraging. But I learned that compromise doesn’t mean diluting your purpose. You can listen, adapt and evolve without giving away the soul of what you are building.  The challenge was knowing how to stay open to growth without losing the soul of what I was creating. That meant learning to evolve without compromising.

Your dream won’t always make sense to others and that’s okay. It’s yours to carry and nurture until it becomes real enough for others to see it and believe in it too.

As Blaura prepares to open at the end of this summer, I see the power of staying rooted while remaining flexible. You don’t need everyone to understand your path, you just need to trust your steps.

My advice -  Protect your vision like a living thing. Let it grow, let others help nurture it but never let them define it for you.
