The evening begins with an array of sharing starters including fresh uramaki sushi, indulgent beef sliders, crispy fried calamari, and smoky short ribs bao, alongside a variety of other tempting bites such as smoked salmon, cold cuts, chicken skewers and caesar salad. The starters are designed to awaken one’s palate, whilst the selection of warm, flaky viennoiserie and chocolate croissants, and raisin bread—offers a deliciously comforting touch.

For the main course, guests are offered a choice between truffle risotto, seabream à la plancha, or roasted baby chicken with smoked mustard.
