Dubai’s most playful fine-dining destination, Carnival by Trèsind, invites guests to elevate their midday routine with an imaginative Business Lunch experience. Designed for professionals looking to impress or unwind, the lunch is a seamless blend of flavour, theatre, and thoughtful service all wrapped in under an hour, if needed.

Available from Monday to Friday between 12pm and 3pm, the Business Lunch menu offers a rotating selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, each presented with the flair and finesse Carnival is known for. The experience begins with Zaa’tar Pav, pindi chana hummus, pickled olives, and tomato, followed by a choice of two starters Carnival kale salad, vegetable momo, or mushroom galouti and a refreshing sorbet.

For mains, choose between paneer rogan josh or saag Florentine, served with dal makhani and an assorted bread basket. End on a sweet note with Aam Sutra, banana mawa cake, or gajak (AED 195+taxes; optional AED 25+taxes) Guests can further enhance their experience with playful add-ons like the signature Pani Puri (AED 45++), or opt for a curated wine pairing to complete the affair.
