Chinese New Year celebrations revolve around delicious food, with families and friends gathering to enjoy a variety of delicacies. Hikina Restaurant will be hosting a one-off dinner to celebrate the Chinese New Year on 21st January, from 6.30 pm until 11 pm.
In addition to perusing the extensive buffet, diners can also enjoy dishes served at their tables. There is a food-only package starting at 129 AED per person, and a food and house beverage package starting at 229 AED per person, with a 50% discount for children.
Enjoy an array of delicious salads served at live stations by chefs who ensure freshness and quality, such as Dragon Fruit Spinach Salad, and Chinese Cucumber Siracha Salad. There is a noodle soup station where diners can create their own tasty creations with noodles, sauces, and condiments, such as Spicy and Sour Prawn Cream Soup.
A variety of delicious main course options are available, including Hong Kong Baked Fish, Kung Pao Chicken, and Sichuan Shrimp. There is a moreish selection of Dim Sum, Cantonese-style fish salad, sauces, and condiments served to the table.
