Editor's Letter
Finally, it’s February!
This month at Raemona, we’ll be talking a lot about love – but not just the candlelit-dinner kind. We’re going beyond romance and into family dynamics, friendship dramas, setting boundaries, self-worth, co-parenting and more. No conversation is off limits.
Whether you’re fasting during the Holy Month or enjoying a little extra time thanks to Ramadan hours, this really is a wonderful time to be in Dubai – and I encourage you to get out there and enjoy it. We’ll be rounding up some of our favourite fashion picks, elegant yet cosy homeware, and the best iftars to suit every mood.
Elsewhere this month, we’re leaning into the bold energy of the Year of the Fire Horse (bring it on!), talking to real women about what exercise truly means to them, and settling in for some major cultural moments – including Wuthering Heights finally hitting the big screen.
February is also Women’s Heart Health Month, a topic that feels especially close to my… heart. As I write this, I’m wearing a 24-hour blood pressure monitor under doctor’s orders – a timely reminder to listen to my body and take my health seriously, even when life feels busy. I hope you’ll do the same for yourself.
On My Radar This Month…
What I’m eating: Afternoon tea at The Lana with my mum
Skincare I’m reaching for: I’m trying Thy Skin, formulated specifically for the UAE climate — I’ll report back
What I’m watching: Bridgerton (Season 4)
What I’m reading: My Friends by Fredrik Backman
Around town, I’m looking forward to attending the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships, taking the kids to Boo Boo Laand and perhaps staying out past my bedtime for dinner and drinks at The Maine Beach House.Â
