Award-winning Chef Ben Tobitt co-founded of Ben’s Farmhouse, which aims to supply local farm-grown produce to homes across Dubai. Tobitt now has his Turkey legs ready to go, he is whipping up a Christmas banquet box to be loved by all, which can be delivered throughout the UAE Hot & Par-cooked (par-cooked turkey collection also available )
Customers are able to order a traditional turkey box which contains a de-boned turkey breast, de-boned leg rolled with sage stuffing, bacon-wrapped sausages (halal), roast potatoes, maple syrup & thyme roasted root vegetables, brussels sprouts, plus the much loved braised red cabbage, cranberry sauce, turkey gravy, bread sauce, mince pie & not to be forgotten Christmas crackers (whole turkeys are also available).
We haven't forgotten the non-meat eaters! Non-meat eaters will receive a box filled with vegan goodies to go with the star of the festive show, the lentil, chickpea and sage nut roast. Sides include roast potatoes, maple syrup & thyme roasted root vegetables, brussels sprouts, braised red cabbage, cranberry sauce & onion gravy. Dessert comes in the form of yummy sticky toffee pudding and Christmas crackers. We also have additional extras to keep the kiddies happy.
