This May, Catch at St. Regis invites guests to indulge in the treasures of the sea with Catch D Crab, a week-long dining experience showcasing premium crab varieties.

Available exclusively from 11th to 18th May, between 12 PM and 12 AM, this celebration of fine seafood features a specially curated à la carte menu of refined dishes in a sophisticated seaside ambiance. 

A perfect venue for friends and families to unwind and connect with a delectable seafood feast, Catch at St. Regis offers everything from fresh oysters to gourmet caviar. With its latest offering, Catch D Crab, guests will experience dishes crafted from rare crab varieties sourced from around the world. Whether dining within the elegant, airy interiors or outdoors with sweeping beachfront views, Catch at St. Regis promises an unforgettable seaside affair. 

The menu features succulent Soft-Shell Crab Maki with Goma Blue crab roll, while those craving the ocean’s finest can enjoy the Snow Crab, renowned for its mildly sweet, delicate flavor with a briny finish. Guests can also treat themselves to Crab Linguine finished with truffle sauce or Crab Lump Gratin with Yuzu saffron sauce. Served tableside from The St. Regis Abu Dhabi’s signature seafood trolley, the dishes are arranged with Chef’s sauces and seasonal sides.  

To seamlessly blend the whole dining experience, a curated selection of premium grapes and bubbly is available to complement the menu. From pours which highlight the delicate crispiness of soft-shell crab to those enhancing the rich flavors of snow crab, each pairing has been chosen to create a fully immersive tasting experience, balancing both subtle notes and bold flavors. As guests savor these exquisite pairings, they can also enjoy a live vocalist performance, accompanied by the smooth, soulful melodies of the saxophone.
