This season, High Society located at The Lana, Dorchester Collection, invites guests to discover a refreshed menu that pushes the boundaries of flavour.

Showcasing bold Asian fusion creations alongside elevated versions of Dubai’s favourite bar classics, the new offering promises an unforgettable dining experience in the city’s most stylish rooftop setting.

As part of this evolution, High Society also welcomes new chef, Suraj Lal, bringing a global perspective shaped by years spent across Japanese, Southeast Asian, European and Peruvian kitchens. Guided by a philosophy of simplicity with perfection, his approach elevates every dish through meticulous technique and exceptional ingredients. Drawing on experience that includes training under the legendary Paul Bocuse, he has crafted a menu designed to resonate with Dubai’s diverse audience, delivering harmony, creativity and emotion in every bite.

Building on this vision, the refreshed menu marks a new chapter for High Society, taking an exciting turn toward Asian influence. With a newly refreshed selection of Sashimi and Signature Rolls, bringing a vibrant new dynamic to the dining experience.
