What does her day look like..

8AM: I wake up between 6:30am and 7.30am and spend 30 minutes in the gym, followed by 30 minutes of meditation to help improve focus and productivity for the day ahead. Next, I prepare my fresh vegan food for the day and check and respond to work emails whilst traveling on my way to work.

9AM: I am at my desk working on my key priorities for the day first. By 10am I have gone through all my emails, actioning everything with all urgent tasks handled for the day.

12NOON: Lunch is generally spent at my desk, following up on emails with meetings scheduled throughout the afternoon.

6PM: This is my time to complete any action points from my meetings that day and strategizing for the next day. Usually I also have a range of networking events to go to.

8PM: I am usually home from work at around 8-9pm. I have my food prepared from the night before or I order in. I spend the remainder of the evening on calls with my friends and family abroad or attend work events. Lastly, I do a quick email check once again before heading to bed.
