Kaimana Beach, the boutique beachside escape nestled along Dubai’s vibrant J1 Beach, introduces a refreshed menu that blends captivating Pan-Asian flavours with an exotic Island flair.

As a sought-after restaurant and beach club, it offers the ultimate island escape, where guests can immerse themselves from day to night, indulging in bold, contemporary Pan-Asian flavours.

At the heart of Kaimana Beach’s allure is a refined dining experience that reimagines Pan-Asian cuisine with a modern twist, offering a vibrant fusion of bold flavours and innovative techniques. Curated by acclaimed Chef Michael Collantes—the visionary behind the Michelin-starred Soseki Modern Omakase in Florida—the menu brings an innovative touch to island-inspired dining, offering a fresh and vibrant experience.

Guests can indulge in a selection of hot appetisers, including the irresistibly crispy Mochiko Fried Chicken, infused with basil, umami garlic salt, and paired with a fiery chili dip. Another standout is the Crispy Cantonese Turnip Cake, a golden, crumb-fried turnip cake enriched with shiitake mushrooms, carrots and scallions, served with a bold X.O. sauce. Cold appetisers bring a refreshing twist, with highlights like the Ceviche Trio, accompanied by shiitake rice crackers, and the Lomi Lomi Salmon Tiradito.

Kaimana Beach also elevates the experience with its signature wood-fire grill, serving a delicious selection of seafood, meat, and poultry. Guests can savour the succulent Canadian Whole Lobster, drizzled with lemon garlic butter, the delicate Mediterranean Branzino with chive butter, grilled courgettes, and broccolini, or the indulgent Black Angus Tenderloin MB 4/5, perfectly complemented by Hasselback potatoes and a rich truffle peppercorn sauce.

The mains introduce a bold new lineup, featuring dishes such as the Gambas Al Ajillo Skillet, where sautéed garlic shrimp are bathed in shrimp head bisque and served with sourdough ciabatta. The Xinjiang Cumin Lamb Sizzler offers an aromatic fusion of cumin-scented lamb loin stir-fried with caramelised onion, hot peppers, coriander and spring onions, accompanied by steamed bao. Meanwhile, the Crispy Seabream presents a whole fried fish served with a fragrant Thai coconut-young peppercorn sauce and jasmine rice. Additionally, the menu now boasts a selection of dim sums, traditional rice and noodle dishes and fresh salads, ensuring something for every palate.

While the pool area is exclusively for adults (21+), families with children are welcome to enjoy the pristine beach facilities until 7:00PM. Visitors can choose from a variety of beachside experiences, with prices ranging from AED 250 per person for a pool lounger to AED 1,000 per couple for a Tikki Cabana by the beach—both fully redeemable on food and beverages.
